The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a pretty nice area, really close to Confins/Tancredo Neves international airport, the city center and the Normandy. The location was marvellous - ease of access to Praca Sete de Setembro. Could be great for short stay.

Its location was central, not very far from Shopping Cidade. The breakfast was satisfactory and the parking was nearby. The staff was really helpful and very helpful and always on disposal;)))

Gym & sauna adequate. Supermarket nearby & Mercado Central within walking distance. Truly exceeded expectations during my stay in Belo Horizonte.

the hotel was nice with plenty of budget rooms. there were a minibar, climate control and an individual safe in the room, appreciated that. the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. the location was marvellous and magnificent, for example, shopping cidade was at a medium distance from the venue.

The location of the hotel was nice and magnificent - not very far from a cultural center. The room was good sized plus it had climate control, a safe box and multi-channel TV...

The value for money at the hotel was great, and the room had a spectacular view of the church. The location was convenient, close to a shopping center and attractions. The staff treated us well, providing outstanding maid service and a good breakfast.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Brazil. the hotel offers great value for money. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. From the clean and spacious rooms on the 12th floor to the friendly and mature staff, everything exceeded my expectations. Lastly, the location of the hotel is superb. It is conveniently close to the bus station and just a stone's throw away from a shopping center. Plus, the breakfast area had the charming atmosphere of a station hall, making every morning feel special.

All was in perfect order during my stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Normandy. The location was perfect for me, with a church across the street and everything within walking distance. Despite some homeless nearby, they were not a bother. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the dining room was accommodating. The hotel's pool and rooftop area provided a relaxing space, and the staff was friendly and mature. The price was also wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooftop pool and sunning area were nice and well maintained. , the breakfast was decent with a variety of things available. The location was pretty good, with a church across the street and easily walkable to many places.

The staff was not very friendly or accommodating. They seemed annoyed when I asked for help and didn't provide much information about the area.
